Michelle Malkin notes that the Pacific Walrus is now targeted by the enviros for litigation to force adding it to the endangered species list.

When does the "American Economy" get added to the list?

Malkin says that the enviros specifically state in their lawsuit that the walrus is endangered because of "off-shore petroleum development". Well, our economy is endangered because of environmentalists destroying off-shore petroleum development.
